Quite light, suggesting fruit that was picked at less than optimal ripeness. This thin wine has tart red fruit, a streak of caraway seed and a finish with sweet cracker highlights. || Mostly Merlot blended with 28% Cabernet Franc, it hits 14.6% alcohol and shows some heat in the finish. Tannic and earthy, with a green tea astringency.
