A blend of 40% Bourboulenc, 30% Grenache Blanc and 30% Vermentino, this is a bright and floral wine, offering upfront scents of orange rind, melon, apple flesh, green fig and garrigue herbs. Flavors of red apple and stone fruits continue on the medium-weight palate, with ample acidity to provide good cut and freshness to the finish. A toasted-walnut flavor whispers softly on the medium-length finish. Drink now–2016.
