This new wine from the winemaker of Sol Rouge is extreme in ripeness and fruitiness, smelling like dried plums and tasting like grape popsicles without being overtly sweet. It should taste really good with slow-cooked barbecue. It's very full bodied but not very tannic, so it has a smooth texture.
