Now fully mature and showing some bricking at the rim, this is a savory, earthy example of Marlborough Pinot Noir. Roasted cauliflower and caramelized root veggies sound strange but are actually quite pleasant, while hints of dried fruit and molasses add the suggestion of fruit sweetness. Drink now.
