This reserve-level wine, from the estate vineyard, is certified biodynamic. Smooth and sweetly spicy, it compounds raspberry pastry with hints of crumb cake and brown sugar. The finish seems to hit a bit of a wall, and resonates with a touch of metal. || A tightly wound, tart Pinot Noir, that seems to show a little greenness in the tannins. Sweet grain and a suggestion of Band-aid in the finish.
