Although this wine is labeled Brut, it is in fact right at the driest end of that category. Bone dry, therefore, while full of white fruits and crisp lemon zest flavors. The texture is tight, steely and speaks strongly of the chalk of the soil. It is still young, so this vintage wine can be drunk now for its fruitiness or left until 2016 for a more rounded, toasty character.
