With tobacco, licorice, herbs, bell pepper and carob, there's a bit of everything to this Navarran Cabernet. The palate is thick and chewy, but it's also sticky and very tannic. Flavors run toward vegetal and green, with clove, burnt sugar and roasted fruit.
