This is an easygoing Chardonnay-based sparkling wine (made in the classic method in which secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle) with pristine aromas of mature fruit and a touch of freshly baked bread. The quality of the effervescence is steady, creamy and tonic. || Named for the number of months it takes to go from grape to glass, Brut 25 is a steely, tonic wine, with bright aromas of citrus, pear and peach.
