A nice counterpoint to Selaks' Drylands bottling, this one is aged in oak, giving it a creamy texture and toast accents. The melony fruit carries through the lingering finish, accented by subtle herb notes. || Richly oaked and spicy, with a cinnamon-cocoa-espresso character.
