Josh Jensen was the first to plant this alternative Burgundian white varietal in America, and this bottling offers notes of honeyed apricot juice, ripe nectarines and melons and toasted almonds. It's waxy and fleshy on the palate, with grilled lemon warmth, squeezed lime acidity and a nutty finish.
