Based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Manuel Olivier has made a specialty of the wines from the Hautes Côtes in the hills behind the city. This is a light and fruity wine with freshness and some firm, dry tannins, although it's ready to drink now. || A deliciously creamy wine, shining with apple and grapefruit flavors. The wine is light, bright, softly textured and hinting at wood aging, while displaying a more steely line of tight acidity at the end.
