There's the slightest touch of sourdough-like yeast on the nose of this wine from the longtime organic vineyard. That gives intrigue to the ripe watermelon, bubblegum and buttery cherry aromas. Verve on the palate conveys red fruit cut by a rain-on-cement minerality.
