A lovely Sauvignon Blanc for drinking now with cocktail appetizers, like mushroom puff pastry or veggie tempura. A little sweet in lime and guava fruit, it's rich in acidity. || Better known for Cabernet Sauvignon, Charles Krug has a good track record for Merlot, too, and their '04 is quite a rich wine.
