A new top-end series from Iris Rideau and winemaker Adrienne St. John, this bottling, named after Iris's mother who turned 98 recently, shows roasted beef, lavender, blackberry coulis and a touch of black gravel on the nose. The palate offers mole-like flavors of chocolate and dried fruit, with blueberry skin and espresso notes proving quite interesting and elegant.
