A bitingly fresh wine, like eating a green apple in the wind, this rosé bursts into the mouth, very crisp, with lime zest and grapefruit. To soften all this crispness, there is just a touch of sweet caramel as the wine opens up. || A great summer rosé, which is packed with red fruits, raspberries and freshness.
