There are lots of rich blackberry, cherry and currant flavors in this dry young wine. You'll also find the dried herb flavor that often characterize Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. It's a bit high in alcohol and doesn't seem to be an ager, but it's finely crafted.
