This is a dark, brooding wine with notes of black fruit, earth, Band Aid and spice. It's tart with firm, blocky tannins. || Aromas of herbs and cotton candy are quite faint, while the palate is ripe with red fruit marked by blocky tannins. || The notes of peach and flowers are light and contrast with the palate's weight and oily feel. It's enjoyable but an alcoholic burn on the finish distracts.
