Quiet yet solid on the nose, with mild aromas of cassis and black fruits. The palate is a bit sharp with acidity but overall the wine is well made and clean, with red berry, plum and other standard flavors. Defines goodness while not pushing the envelope at all. || Warm and earthy smelling, with aromas of cassis, blackberry, tire rubber and char. The palate has a good feel and flow, while the flavors veer a little toward roasted plum and blackberry. Finishes with heft and a mild baked character. Ready to drink now.…
