Lots of acidity gives the cherry and raspberry flavors a sour candy tartness that makes the mouth water. The mouthfeel is light and silky, as you want in a Pinot Noir. It's a fine wine to drink now, with a good decanting, but try cellaring it for 5–6 years to see what kinds of earthy, mushroomy complexities emerge.
