Thin for Cabernet fruit, yet forceful as far as its tannins are concerned, this stiff and chalky wine will show better with hearty food, such as a beef stew. You'll find flavors of cherry candy and espresso grounds, along with a light touch of chocolate-covered orange peel, but a green edge to the tannins is the final impression.
