Valdivieso's nonvintage mystery blend is always one of Chile's most curious wines, and #16 happens to be superb. An opening of rich black-cherry aromas tips towards spice cake with raisins. A lush, saturated palate holds delicious flavors of chocolaty black fruits, while on the finish a dark smokiness takes over. Drink now–2023.
