A blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois created to go with Japanese food, Gyotaku is a soft, easy wine, very balanced and harmonious, with just a light hint of sweetness and spice. Definitely a wine for sushi. Screw cap. || This off-dry wine is aromatic and honeyed. It has enough richness to pair with sushi and soy sauce. Screwcap.
