This is a straightforward but simple wine. It's dry and crisp but a bit watery with lemon, lime and vanilla flavors. || A little sweet and jammy in apicots, pineapples and limes, with a sugary finish. But acidity is just fine. Try with Vietnamese and Chinese pork, fish and chicken dishes whose sauces are sugared.
