Santa Cecilia is a Sicilian icon wine and a quality benchmark for the newly inaugurated Noto subzone. The 2009 vintage takes time to open and build momentum. It feels sharper and edgier than past years and is focused, linear and crisp. Give it 3–5 more years of cellaring.
