Full, fragrant and very perfumed, this is a beautiful ripe wine that is already showing signs of maturity. Its fragrant white fruit flavors are touched by minerality and texture. It could still be aged for another 2–3 years. The name recalls the local legend of the dragon who fought the sun. || A bit reticent, offering apple, lily and spring flowers for an opening act, followed by citrus flavors on the palate.
