While lower-priced than some of the Loring single-vineyard wines, this offers compelling characteristics and complexity. It smells like red and black cherries, black tea and cardamom, and tastes ripe but tangy. Full bodied and very flavorful, it stays well balanced by firm acidity and fine tannins.
