Bouza continues to lead the Uruguayan charge via wines like this Tannat, which is purple in color and concentrated on the nose, with blackberry pie and raisin aromas. A stout, full-bodied palate is chewy and oaky, while prune, blackberry, brine, char and toast flavors finish dark and spicy, with a raisiny note. Drink through 2017.
