This big and layered wine smells savory and meaty, partnering with a generous helping of ripe blackberries and black cherries on the palate. It has appropriately firm tannins for such a bold wine but stays fruity and easy to drink. Syrah, Barbera, Primitivo and Petite Sirah make the blend.
