Clean and modest on the nose, with plump but standard apple and spice flavors. There isn't much unique or stirring about this wine, but it's flush and solid on the palate and fairly long on the finish. Perfectly good, with more yeast and size than most basic bruts. In addition, it's a little more pricey than the competition.
