A pale, crisp, cranberryish rendering of Pinot Noir, this is the sort of light-bodied, red-fruited Pinot that could be served with salmon or other fish dishes. || On the light-bodied side of the Pinot Noir spectrum, with modest red-fruit aromas and flavors accented by some funky, oaky notes of tree bark and charred nuts.
