Dark berry, fig, plum and licorice aromas and flavors show, but the understated fruit has to contend with a lot of oak. The palate's full, smooth texture and interesting bacony notes have appeal. || Seductive, with cherry, earth and chocolate-covered raisin on the bouquet. Ripe black fruit coats the sticky palate, while background flavors of tobacco and molasses are both sweet and spicy.
