The first duty of a blush bubbly is to be delicious and elegant, and this one is, despite the full-bodied flavors from a majority of Pinot Noir. The wine is dry and complex, with flavors of raspberries, cherries, limes, buttery vanilla, yeast and smoky oak. Really good, and will develop through 2013.
