This Champagne-method bubbly incorporates several different grape varieties, much like the Evolution white. It's round and creamy, with fat bubbles but good persistence. Flavors are in the sekt camp, with hints of honey and vanilla. || This Champagne-method bubbly uses seven different white wine grapes to create a bright, spicy, rather foamy and entirely tasty product. Lemon, orange, apple and pear fruit flavors abound, and the freshness and crisp definition make this a great mixer.
