Meaty and leathery, with sweet, salty bacon notes meshing with intense wild blackberry fruit, this Syrah is delicious and sexy. The tannins are wonderfully plush and refined, like satin. It's perfect to drink now with short ribs of beef or any kind of beef or lamb stew.
