At first stark and steely, this is the earthiest of Bergström's 2009 Pinots, with a streak of beetroot, tightly wound and substantial red fruits, and an earthy base behind well-delineated tannins. Give it time to breathe, and some lovely cinnamon highlights emerge. || Bergström's lineup of Pinot Noir begins where many other wineries finish.
