Dark fruit flavors of cassis and black cherry, with supporting acids and firm tannins. Young and tight, this is well-made and driven by pure, clean fruit that has been aged in a mix of French, Hungarian and American oak. || Here is tasty, forward, juicy fruit—a fresh berry mix of strawberry, blueberry and raspberry. There is firm acidity to balance the tannins, which bring just a hint of herb. Well done; it lacks only some depth in the finish to bring the score up.
