Aged in large casks, this structured but elegant wine starts with aromas of lemon pastry and mature yellow apple that carry over to the palate, along with peach and energizing mineral tones. The linear palate is balanced by fresh acidity. This should develop more complexity 2016–2017. || Here's a round Sauvignon with subdued aromas of ripe tropical fruit, peach and cut grass.
