Perfumy in lemon, lime and grapefruit, this blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sémillon was barrel-fermented. Light in weight and heat, it offers an extreme bite of squeezed lemon on the palate, as well as a persistence of grapefruit rind. It begs for seafood.
