This is a lovely, balanced wine, combining grip, texture and elegant details. It starts with clean fruit flavors of berry and cherry, bringing in delicate notes of root beer, vanilla and clove. There's a suggestion of brine also, the whole delivering marvelous complexity. || Just two barrels were made of this wine, a new release based upon a vineyard selection and a decision to use no new oak.
