An ambitious and successful rosé made from 50% Gamay Noir and 50% Grenache, this light yellow-pink wine offers inviting pink grapefruit skin, Gala apple and green pear on the nose. The palate shows the tiniest bit of sweetness, which makes the Pink Lady apple and tangerine-led citrus notes all the more delicious. Beware: this goes down all too easy.
