Delicious and exotic, with raspberry, cherry, Mandarin orange, date, cinnamon spice and sweet oak flavors that are deep and long on the finish. Amazing that the alcohol is so low for the ripeness. Could be brisker in acidity, as it feels somewhat melted, which limits ageability, but it's a beauty now with lamb chops.
