Bill Easton's “large” production GSM (Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre) blend out of the Sierra Foothills exhibits intense mushroom and licorice notes and makes for a great first entry into Easton's headier wines. An affordable Rhône-red pairing with earthy dishes.
