Oaky on first take, then earthy and weighty, with black fruit aromas and minerally notes. Feels tight initially, but with air it softens and soon come flavors of thyme, herbal berry and chocolate. Crisp and nicely balanced, with a solid finish. Almost what you'd call a value Priorat. || On the cusp of unbridled excellence, but since it's Cims' second wine it has its limitations.
