Taking an oxidized approach to the grape, this golden wine shows aromas of crushed almonds, hazelnut brittle, dried apricot mash and a bit of iodine. The palate is reminiscent of lemon preserves—salty, tart, rich and exotic—with a marzipan touch on the finish.
