This is one of those tiny-production wines that gets tongues buzzing in San Francisco restaurants. The 100% Cab was aged for nearly two years in almost all new French oak. It is rich and flavorful in ripe blackberry and cassis fruit, with tannins co-contributed from the grapes and the barrels that suggest mid-term aging.
