An excellent Finger Lakes pick, it's redolent with aromas of sweet apples and guava balanced with fresh-cut herbs and grass. The dry, full-bodied palate is rich and unctuous but freshened by a tart gooseberry and green plum acidity and a gravelly minerality in the finish.
