The blend is intriguing, consisting of Merlot, Zinfandel, Syrah and Petite Sirah, in that order. Each variety brings something to the bottle. It's dry, tannic and rich in blackberries, licorice, dark chocolate and spices, but the alcohol is quite high, giving it a porty finish. Drink up.
