Full-bodied and a bit heavy to make a delicate quaff, but pair this wine with the right summer foods (a juicy hamberger comes to mind) and it will work. Some tarry, meaty notes obscure what appears to be delicate cherry fruit that ends with a peppery tang. || There's not a lot of intensity here, but some good lemony crispness and an intriguing popcorn note.
