Fermentation and maturation without oak casts a spotlight onto this unadorned Cabernet Franc. Sweet-tart black cherry and berry notes on the nose and palate are accented by streaks of green leaf and violet. It's not a deeply concentrated wine but refreshing, fringed by fine soft tannins and a touch of granite minerality on the finish.
