Very pleasing aromas of red berries, wet slate and red flowers make for a very floral and fruity entry to this bottling from a single vineyard. The palate is very easy to enjoy as well, with fat red-cherry fruit, decently chalky tannins and hints of licorice and caramel toward the finish.
